Welcome Friends, Old and New, to the Carnival of Cities!

I'm pleased to be hosting my second blog carnival here at The Lives and Times....

It takes a commitment to be a carnival host; a willingness to devote time and effort to make it happen. To me, it means a lot when someone is willing to put their event in your hands. You accept an obligation to do what you can to make it a success.

I'd like to thank Jon at Home Turf Media for giving me this opportunity.

I appreciate you coming to view the carnival and hope you will make a point of visiting the bloggers who contributed posts.

With that, let's get on with the carnival
!

Thanks for hosting. It's a great line up of posts, and it's going to take me another day to get through the list. I'll post about my favorite as soon as I've finished.
